About our Classes
OUR APPROACH
Leah believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for supporting lifelong health and wellbeing. Her Yoga classes focus on developing mobility, balance, strength, flexibility and body awareness in a way that feels sustainable and accessible.
Rather than striving for perfect poses, Leah focuses on helping you move with greater ease and confidence in everyday life.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Yoga and movement is approached as a holistic practice that supports mind, body, and spirit. It is a space for self-discovery, personal growth, and meaningful reconnection. Classes are guided with care, and grounded in community.
ACCESSIBLE FOR ALL
Whether you're completely new to yoga and movement, returning after a break, or looking for a gentle and sustainable way to stay active, you'll find a welcoming community and a supportive approach to movement.
We believe movement and wellbeing should be accessible to all. That's why our classes are thoughtfully priced to support a regular and sustainable practice, while continuing to offer the care, guidance and sense of community that make each class meaningful.

About Leah

Leah Nylander has been dedicated to her yoga practice since 2011, developing a deep appreciation for its ability to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Her journey began in Sorrento, evolving into running her own studio, West Coast Yoga, deepening her connection to the practice and its transformative potential.
Leah completed her 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Tamara Graham of Tamara Yoga in the ISHTA lineage. Guided by Tamara’s extensive experience, she developed a thoughtful, well-rounded approach and is a registered teacher with Yoga Australia.
Leah’s teaching is grounded in accessibility, body awareness, with trauma-informed invitational cueing, and a strong focus on nervous system support.
Leah creates a welcoming space where students feel safe and confident to move at their own pace, building strength, mobility, and ease both on and off the mat.
